brings 15 years of experience as a Vice President of Administration and sales in commercial printing in Northern Virginia.

Teresa Hutchins:

had 10 years of experience as a commodity analyst and marketing in Richmond,VA, area and has also had sales experience in North Carolina real estate development.

Jim Waynick:

prior to beginning his real estate career in 1993, he had 30 years experience as Director of Human Resources. He founded Sandcastle Realty in 1997 on the Outer Banks.

As a member of the local multiple listing service, Sandcastle Realty has all listings on the Outer Banks at its' disposal. While Pris and Jim generally handle sales and listings from Currituck to Manteo, Teresa specializes in Pirate's Cove properties, Having been "one of the original Pirate's Cove settlers"!
